Returns
- Applies only to purchases made on our website
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened items are only accepted if faulty
- Products must be in resell-able condition (including outer packaging)
- We must receive the item back before issuing any refund or replacement
- Do not send items to the manufacturer
- Contact customer service to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Returns without authorisation will not be accepted
- If the return is not due to a fault or error, you cover the postage cost
