Refund policy

Returns
Our return period lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 14 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged for reasons not due to our error, or are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm that it has arrived. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
